We support MP4, MOV, WebM, MP3, WAV, and OGG files up to 500 MB. You can also paste a Loom or YouTube URL directly.
Most recordings under 5 minutes are processed in under a minute. Longer recordings (15–30 min) typically take 2–4 minutes. You'll receive an email when your brief is ready.
We use Deepgram's Nova-2 model, which achieves industry-leading accuracy for conversational audio. Quality degrades with very poor audio or heavy background noise — a quiet recording always gives better results.
From every feedback session, DEBRIEFD extracts: (1) a structured task list with priorities, (2) a concise project brief, (3) a professional client reply draft, and (4) a list of open questions that need clarification.
Yes. All tasks, briefs, and reply drafts are fully editable inline. Click any field to edit it directly.
On the Upload page, paste your Loom share URL into the URL field instead of uploading a file. We'll download and process it automatically.
The Free plan includes 5 processed feedback sessions per month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited processing.
Yes. We never use your feedback content to train AI models. Your files are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage and are only accessible to your account.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Pro users can export briefs as PDF or HTML. Business users also get Notion export. All users can copy to clipboard.
